Canobbio 232 is a contemporary apartment in Lugano where Italian designer Marco Parentela oversaw both the luxury interior design and the exterior identity of the building. The layout opens the living, dining and kitchen areas toward the views, pairing clean architectural lines with warm woods, stone and soft textiles.

Outside, terraces and a landscaped courtyard extend the living space, echoing the same rational, elegant language as the interiors. The result is a chic, understated home where simplicity, crafted details and high-quality furnishings feel precisely balanced rather than minimal for its own sake.
