Set on the hills of Como, Villa Magnolia is a private residence where exterior architecture and landscape read as a single composition.

Italian designer Marco Parentela refreshes the classical façade with soft curves, lush planting and clean lines that honour its original character. Terraced gardens, twin staircases and a linear pool extend the villa into the slope, creating layered outdoor spaces with panoramic views of Lake Como.
